ATTENTION! RETURN OF GOODS

Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine" on consumer protection " provides for the right of consumers to exchange non-food goods of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not fit the shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons can not be used for its intended purpose. The exchange is possible within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller. The goods are exchanged if they have not been used and if their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the payment document issued by the seller with the goods have been preserved. If the desired product is not on sale at the time of exchange, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract of sale and get the money back.

However, not every product can be exchanged (returned) in this way. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return .

These products include:

Articles of food.

Medicines.

Items of sanitation.

Photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper.

Corset products.

Perfume and cosmetic products.

Feather-down products.

Children's toys are soft.

Children's toys rubber inflatable.

Toothbrush.

Mouthpieces.

Apparatus for shaving.

Shaving brush.

Combs, combs and massage brushes.

Mute (for wind musical instruments).

Violin chins.

Gloves.

Cloths.

Telegarden and lace fabric.

Carpet products are square.

Underwear.

Bed linen.

Hosiery, sewing and knitwear.

Products in aerosol packaging.

Printed edition.

Linear and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, moldings (skirting boards, platbands), plate materials (fibreboard and chipboard, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to the size determined by the buyer (customer).

Audio, video cassettes, disks for laser reading and recording systems.

Products made of natural and artificial hair (wigs).

Products for newborns (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.).

Manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, nail files, etc.).

This list of products is exhaustive. The seller does not have the right to refuse to exchange (return) a product that is not included in the list, if it meets all the requirements provided for in article 9 of the Law (preserved product appearance, labels, seals, a payment document, etc.)

MAKING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

1. Making a return of the product in proper quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase. The cost of sending the returned product is at the buyer's expense. For registration, you must write to me by email and specify the reason for the refund. Within 3 banking days of receiving the refund, the money will be returned to your account or the card number that you specified in the email when making the refund. Money for sending the returned product is not compensated.

2. Exchange of goods in case of inadequate quality is carried out within 14 days from the moment of purchase. The cost of sending the product, which will later be replaced by another product, is borne by the buyer and is compensated only in cases where the product was incorrectly sent by the seller. To register, you need to write to me by e-mail and indicate the reason for the exchange and the product for which it will be replaced. Money for forwarding the exchange of goods is not compensated..
